RoamPaws Shipping Policy
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. During promotions or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
U.S. shipping options
Eligible shipping methods and final charges are shown at checkout.
Economy Shipping: $7.99, estimated 5–8 business days after dispatch.
Standard Shipping: $15.00, estimated 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Free Shipping: available on eligible U.S. orders over $59.
Delivery estimates begin after the order has been dispatched and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, or address issues may affect delivery.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we will email tracking information to the address used at checkout. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update.
Split shipments
Items may ship separately from different fulfillment locations. You will receive tracking details for each package, and you will not be charged additional shipping because an order is split.
Address changes
Email jasonxie2026@163.com immediately if your shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins. Customers are responsible for additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Lost, damaged, or missing packages
If your package arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, check nearby delivery areas and contact the carrier first, then email us if it has not appeared within 48 hours.
Shipping area
We currently ship only to eligible U.S. addresses available at checkout. International shipping is not currently offered.
