RoamPaws 30-Day Return & Refund Policy
We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed, free of pet hair, odors, stains, chewing, or other damage, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. Items that show signs of use or are returned without authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping
For change-of-mind, size, or preference returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. Once verified, RoamPaws will arrange a replacement or cover reasonable return shipping.
Exceptions
We cannot accept used, washed, altered, pet-damaged, or incomplete products. Gift cards and items marked final sale are not returnable. Products returned due to normal wear, misuse, chewing, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered defective.
Refunds
We will inspect authorized returns after delivery. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund.
Order cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee cancellation after processing or shipment has begun.
